TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 2 OF 2021 By Nazib Hasham Bhimji, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hasham Bhimji Jiwa alias Hassanali Bhimji Jiwa, who died on 5th February, 1987. CAUSE NO. 3 OF 2021 By Abdul Karim Lakhani, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hassanali Mohamedali Lakhani alias Hassanali Magan Lakhani,who died on 12th June, 1970. CAUSE No. 4 OF 2021 By Nazib Hasham Bhimji Jiwa, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bhimji Jiwa, who died on 10th October, 1973. CAUSE NO. 5 OF 2021 By Nazib Hasham Bhimji Jiwa, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ladubai Bhimji Jiwa, who died on 3rd December, 1965. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
