TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E4 OF 2021 By (1) James Kimanzi Kamau, (2) Sabina Nzuna Kamau, (3) Joan Syombali Kamau and (4) James Kimanzi Junioor, all of P.O. Box 13944- 20100, Nakuru, the deceased's sons and daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kamau Kimanzi, who died at Kitui, on 2nd April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
