TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E145 OF 2021 By (1) Madhusudan Narandas Ruparelia and (2) Sarayubala Madhusudan Ruparelia, both of P.O. Box 99409-80107, Mombasa in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate of the will annexed to the estate of Shardaben Narandas Vasanji Ruparelia, who died at Mombasa, on 1st April, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
