TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E117 OF 2021 By Erick Onyango Ohuru, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onyango Otieno, who died at District Hospital, Rongo in Kenya, on 13th October, 1999. CAUSE No. E129 OF 2021 By David Otieno Raburu, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enock Akongo Oluoch alias Akong'o Oluoch, who died at Ojolla Sub-location, on 10th July, 1992. CAUSE NO. E289 OF 2021 By Lewnard Ochieng Gawo, of P.O. Box 171, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gao Ombi alias Thomas Gao Ombe, who died at Ojolla Sub-location, on 22nd August, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
