CAUSE No. E228 OF 2021 By (1) Zablon Okoth Oyier and (2) Jacktone Odongo Oyier, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Oyier Matika alias Martin Oyier, who died at Lower Kadongo Sub-location, on 10th November, 2004. CAUSE No. E449 OF 2021 By Salome Akinyi, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Onyango Oganyo alias Michael Agum Oganyo alias Onyango Oganyo, who died on 28th April, 1987. CAUSE NO. E450 OF 2021 By William Ochieng Ndolo, of P.O. Box 2104-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfayo Ndolo Onyango alias Ndolo Onyango, who died on 2nd June, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
