Box 0100-90180, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Muteti Kajoni alias Sammy Muteti John, who died at District Hospital, Kitui in Kenya, on 27th February, 2000. CAUSE NO. E116 OF 2021 By Lucas Muiva Muia, of P.O. Box 51-90100, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maithya Muiya alias Maithya Muiba, who died on 10th August, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
