CAt ISE No. E 106 or 2021 By Rosemary bleisa Muteti, of 1'.0, Box 13-90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harrison Miaeli Katekyo, who died along Ruirii By-Pass„ on 26th August, 2020. The Court will ptoceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
