Box 131-90205, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Mati Kwale, who died at Kitui, on 21st November, 2004. CAUSE No. E187 OF 2021 By Zachary Kamuti Ngau, of P.O.
