TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E71 of 2021 By James Mbala Muli, of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muli Mbala, who died at Kitui, on 15th April, 1987. CAUSE No. E220 OF 2021 By (1) Julius Mwanza Kania and (2) Musyoka Mwanza alias Musyoka Kilonzo, both of P.O. Box 439-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's brother and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kilonzo Sila, who died at Kitui, on 20th March, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
