TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 92 OF 2020 By Milka Kwamboka Opanga, of P.O. Box 2868, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Opanga Moenga, who died on 17th April, 1987. CAUSE No. E35 OF 2021 By (1) Lazarus Matini Nyachwaya and (2) Joel Matini Nyachwaya, both of P.O. Box 3739-20400, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyachwaya Matini, who died at Miriri Sub-location, on 16th November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
