TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E68 OF 2021 By (1) Nyevu Ngala Mwakinape, (2) Salim Karisa Thinga and (3) Mwango Karisa Thinga, the deceased's widow and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karisa Tinga Ngombo alias Karisa Thinga, who died on 14th March, 2003. CAUSE No. E70 OF 2021 By (1) Kahindi Ngolo Baya and (2) Kazungu Ngolo Baya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngolo Baya Tika, who died on 5th April, 2000. CAUSE No. E112 OF 2021 By Baraka Jefa Mwamaru, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jefwa Mwaro Mwamaru, who died on 10th May, 1995. CAUSE No. E113 OF 2021 By David Nzaro Karemani, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Kadzo Gidali, who died on 17th September, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
