TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 24 OF 2020 By Kirungu Kirugo, of P.O. Box 366, Maragua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Felister Njeri Kirugo, who died at Wempa Sub-location, on 9th October, 2019. CAUSE No. 92 OF 2021 By (1) Peris Wambui Ngotho and (2) Samuel Mwangi Ngotho, both of P.O. Box 137, Maragua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lillian Njuguini Mwangi alias Lilian Njuguni Mwangi, who died at District Hospital, Thika in Kenya, on 25th May, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
