TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E73 of 2021 By Mercy Wanjiku Maina, of P.O. Box 291, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Maina Waweru alias G. Maina Waweru, who died at Gituru Sub- location, on 9th April, 2017. CAUSE NO. E80 OF 2021 By (1) Joseph Thiong'o Njuguna and (2) Agnes Wangui Kaman, both of P.O. Box 101598-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuguna Magothe, who died at Gikoe Village, on 11th July, 1974. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
