Box 1, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mburu Kabiru alias Nathan Mburu Kabiru, who died at District Hospital, Thika in Kenya, on 11th February, 2004. Box 595, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilfred Kagura Githinji alias Wilfred Kaguura Githinji, who died at St. Mulumba Hospital in Kenya, on 9th November, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
