TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 138 OF 2021 By (1) John Nganga Waithaka and (2) Peter Muraya Waithaka, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waithaka Kabande, who died at Ndalani Location, on 24th July, 1986. CAUSE NO. 166 OF 2021 By Caroline Kasiva Munyao, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nziva Mwangangi, who died at Musumaa, Masinga Location, on 11th August, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
