TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E55 OF 2021 By Anna Musavi Sembeiya, of P.O. Box 28, Malaya in Kenya, the deceased's sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simiti Navinyenya, who died at Malanga Sub-location, on 3rd June, 1982. CAUSE No. E83 OF 2021 By (1) Robai Khabere Mangoli and (2) Peter Vutiti Mangoli, both of P.O. Box 17, Kipkaren in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mangoli Tekeyi Malalu, who died at Koromaiti Sub-location, on 10th September, 1991. CAUSE No. E89 OF 2021 By Joseph Kefwe Lwangale, of P.O. Box 42, Malaya in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lwangale Maikuma, who died at Manda Sub-location, on 11th December, 1978.
