CAUSE NO. 164 OF 2020 By (1) Jonam Ogonda Okumu and (2) Antipa Owak, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Mawinge Ondere alias Magret Maningo Ondere, who died on 24th May, 1978. CAUSE No. 161 OF 2021 By (1) James Otieno Nam and (2) Tom Ochieng Nam, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Nam Ajowi, who died on 2nd April, 1982. CAUSE No. 162 OF 2021 By Jeconiah Okoth Owino, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owino Okoth, who died on 10th February, 1985. CAUSE No. 258 OF 2021 By Jack Obura, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate to the estate of Obura Nyanjong', who died at Masogo Sub-location, on 4th August, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
