TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 58 OF 2021 By (1) John Wainaina Laban and (2) Mathew Mwangi Njoroge, all of P.O. Box 701, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mirriam Wangui Njoroge, who died at Kawendo Sub-location, on 4th August, 2016. CAUSE No. 59 OF 2021 By Pens Ruguru Mwangi, of P.O. Box 594, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Muchonge Karanja alias Peter Muchonge, who died at Gakarara, on 14th August, 1971. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
