TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.46 OF 2020 By Ishabella Adhiambo Okwayo, of P.O. Box 130, Luanda in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dismua Okwayo Namunze alias Dismas Oliwayo, who died at Yala S.D.A. in Kenya, on 14thth March, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered widlln thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
