TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E42 OF 2021 By Jenifa Auma Okunya, of P.O. Box 1-40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased's co-widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cathorina Oduera Okunya, who died on 8th November, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE No. 168 OF 2021 By (1) Aska Akumu Amolo and (2) Lawi Atiti Amolo, both of P.O. Box 273-40301, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Amolo Ogwang, who died at Kotieno, on 10th October, 1996. CAUSE No. 281 OF 2021 By Caroline Aoko Isaac, of P.O. Box 27, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okoth Gura, who died at Kaura Sub-location, on 23rd July, 1998. CAUSE No. 282 OF 2021 By Sofia Anyango Ouma, of P.O. Box 19, Oyugis in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Ouma Wara, who died at Kotieno, on 3rd February, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
