TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E262 OF 2021 By Margaret Atieno Chogo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (I) John Chogo Runya alias John Ochogo Runya and (2) Keresenjia Malago Adero, who died on 17th February, 2002 and 17th November, 2005, respectively. CAUSE No. E282 OF 2021 By (1) Fredrick Otieno Nyagol and (2) Serefina Abonyo Awino the deceased's son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Walter Awino Moko alias Walter Awino and (2) Henry Nyagol Mioko alias Henry Nyagol, who died at Bondo, on 26th January, 2000 and 27th March, 2011, rspectively. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
