TAKE NOTICE that• applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E163 OF 2021 By Sospeter Odero Laja, of P.O. Box 177, Obuon in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyamita Owala, who died at Jimo East, on 29th March, 2003. CAUSE No. E242 OF 2021 By Roda Achieng Muga, of P.O. Box 181, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muga Nyumba alias Paul Muga Nyumba, who died at on 5th May, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
