TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E2 OF 2017 By (1) Hassan Wabomba Masinde, (2) Elias Masinde Wavomba, (3) Ashah Indekhwa Musa and (4) Hamidah Ondege Hussein, all of P.O. Box 1, Matete in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alhaji Abubakar Wabomba, late of Trans Nzoia, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 9th January, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
