TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E227 OF 2021 By Hanna Wanjiru Kimenju, of P.O. Box 131-01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joram Kimenju Kuria alias Joram Kimenju H. Kuria alias John Kimenju Kuria alias Joram Kimenju, who died at Mutunguru Sub-location, on 22nd December, 2011. CAUSE No. E228 OF 2021 By (1) Gabriel Kinyanjui Kirungu and (2) Simon Kariuki Kirungu, both of P.O. Box 131-01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kirungu Kanyutu alias Kirungu Kanyutu, who died at Roi Sub- location, on 20th March, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
