TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 15 OF 2020 By Hugo Alistair Needham Clark, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of written will of Victoria Mary Hope Needham-Clark, who died at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, on 4th January, 2020. CAUSE NO. 11 OF 2021 By Rossi Ombretta Cesira, of Cuneo via Della Roata 61, Italy, the deceased’s widow, for the resealing of a grant of letters of administration intestate issued in another country to the estate of Petitti Dario, who died at Cuneo, Italy, on 9th April, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
