TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E563 OF 2021 By (1) Alois Ayieko Nguta and (2) Paul Ochola Owuor, both of P.O. Box 49–40132, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and uncle, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Juma Nguta, who died at Mayenya Sub-location, on 26th February, 2003. CAUSE NO. E564 OF 2021 By (1) Eunice Atieno Ogolla and (2) Roselyne Adhiambo Ogolla, both of P.O. Box 307, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maxwel John Ogolla alias Maxwell John Ogolla, who died at Chiga Sub-location, on 3rd August, 2011. CAUSE NO. E565 OF 2021 By Alfred Willebrord Ooko, of P.O. Box 126, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Onyango, who died at Kotieno Sub-location, on 30th January, 2015. CAUSE NO. E575 OF 2021 By (1) Vitalis Omollo Obura, (2) Pamela Akoth Otieno and (3) Goreti Akeyo Sidhe, all of P.O. Box 126, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughters-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonadus Obura Adera alias Obura Adera, who died at Kotieno Sub-location, on 15th June, 2000. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
