CAUSE NO. E155 OF 2021 By Michael Owire Osuan, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Desterio Oswan Ityieng, who died at Onyunyur Sub-location, on 1st March, 2001. CAUSE NO. E160 OF 2021 By Benard Sokomi Madangwa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bernaba Madangwa, who died at Nasira, on 15th April, 1972. CAUSE NO. E213 OF 2021 By Gilbert Odhiambo, of P.O. Box 210, Butula in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kerestiano Kesa alias Christiano Kesa Mugendi, who died at Elugulu Sub-location, on 8th February, 2004.
