TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E161 OF 2021 By Abdallah Wasike Musenga, of P.O. Box 1555, kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Wasike Musunga alias Wasike Mushunga, who died at Sivilie, on 10th November, 1988. CAUSE NO. E413 OF 2021 By Eric Busisa Mukunza, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mildred Ambetsa Maringo, who died at Avenue Hospital in Kenya, on 12th November, 2017. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
