TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 126 OF 2020 By Anthony Kipkogee Chelimo, of P.O. Box 1310–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son, through Messrs. Terer Kibii & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Chelimo Chebiego, late of Tembelio, who died at District Hospital, Iten in Kenya, on 24th July, 2006. CAUSE NO. 81 OF 2021 By (1) Francis Kipsang Kitur and (2) Philip Kiprop Kitur, both of P.O. Box 737–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitur arap Misoi, who died on 13th January, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
