TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 58 OF 2020 By Hillary Wanjala Makete, of P.O. Box 159–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Simiyu Makete alias Isaack Simiyu Makete, who died at Nabiswa Sub-location, on 4th April, 2007. CAUSE NO. 77 OF 2020 By Helena Nasambu Mangwa, of P.O. Box 555–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mang’wa Kuyaya, who died at Nabiswa Sub-location, on 21st February, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
