TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2021 By (1) Abigael Andayi Kombo and (2) David Okwako Okindi, both of P.O. Box 593, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mikal Auma Okinda, who died at Sinyerere Sub-location, on 5th January, 1998. CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2021 By Margaret Chepkor Ngeny, of P.O. Box 135–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Malakwen Ngeny, who died at Sitatunga Sub-location, on 4th April, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
