CAUSE NO. E195 OF 2021 By Mary Nyambura Kaniu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaniu Mukiri, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 6th May, 2007.
