TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2021 By Rudiah Wamugo Johana, of P.O. Box 1252–60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johana Kamwana Mwenda, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 29th September, 2000. CAUSE NO. E125 OF 2021 By Emilio Njeru Nyaga, of P.O. Box 42, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Penina Wanjoka Nyaga, who died at Rugumu Sub-location, on 10th September, 2010. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
