TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 341 OF 2021 By Anyieka Alexander Nyageya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ayega Nyakeya, who died at Township, on 21st April, 1978. CAUSE NO. 359 OF 2021 By Charles Mokua Bikeri, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bikeri Ribeka, who died at Boochi Sub-location, on 15th December, 2004. CAUSE NO. 398 OF 2021 By (1) Simon Ontomwa Oino and (2) Grace Mogoi Kenyanya, the deceased’s grandson and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oino Ontomwa, who died at Township, on 10th September, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
