TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2021 By Marcella Nyababe Nyachio, of P.O. Box 14407–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakayo Ototo Koroso, who died at Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 7th March, 2017. CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2021 By (1) Jecinta Muthoni Gichuru and (2) Lydia Mary Waithera, both of P.O. Box 489, Ngong in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Gichuru Mwenjaikwa, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 27th September, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
