Box 1197–90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Mbithi Ngila, who died at Masewani, on 21st July, 1998. CAUSE NO. E184 OF 2021 By (1) Mbaika Kavithi, (2) Alfonce Nzola Kavithi and (3) Richard Nzungi Kavithi, all of P.O. Box 1018–90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benedict Kabithi Kitwa, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 25th March, 2013.
