TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 118 (E118) OF 2021 By Mary Wambui Mbichu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Wachuka Mbichu, who died at Mununga Sub-location, on 13th April, 2021. CAUSE NO. 119 (E119) OF 2021 By Njogu Muiruri, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muiruri Ndorongo, who died at Muthithi, on 9th April, 1998. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
