TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 36 OF 2021 By Philisira Kanini Muriithi, of P.O. Box 70, Kerugoya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremiah Miano Ngunju, who died on 23rd February, 2004. CAUSE NO. 72 OF 2021 By Jane Wawira Mwaniki, of P.O. Box 131, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peterson Mwaniki Karani, who died at Mwea Hospital in Kenya, on 27th July, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
