TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 18 OF 2021 By Ruth Mutile Muli, of P.O. Box 82, Mbumbuni in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bendict Muli Kasukali alias Benedict Muli Kasukali, late of Nthunthini, who died at Makueni County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 5th April, 2021. CAUSE NO. 19 OF 2021 By Munyiva Ndivo, of P.O. Box 52, Tawa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndivo Munguti Kilila, late of Kalawani, who died there on 12th July, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
