TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 130 OF 2021 By (1) Vincent Otieno Sihoho and (2) Vincent Radido Sihoho, both of P.O. Box 98–40607, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sihoho Onyach, who died on 17th May, 2000. CAUSE NO. 145 OF 2021 By (1) Joyce Oyugu Akech and (2) Morris Odhiambo Akech, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Aketch Oor, who died at South Rambula, on 12th January, 2020. CAUSE NO. 149 OF 2021 By Kalara Wadhethe Omire, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Omire Achungo, who died at East Asango, on 4th January, 1998. CAUSE NO. 153 OF 2021 By Salina Anyango Adikinyi, of P.O. Box 239, Sega in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adikinyi Imbaya Oluoch, who died at Ramunde, Ugenya, on 15th April, 2020. CAUSE NO. 159 OF 2021 By Silvester Ouma Obonyo, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Akor Ochomo alias Akorr Ochomo, who died at Ndenga, on 9th September, 1974. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
