TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 120 OF 2021 By Boaz Mbagala Egala, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Egala Omula alias Egala Omula, who died at Lusiola Sub-location, on 1st June, 2012. CAUSE NO. 132 OF 2021 By Kelani Afandi Onunga, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joab Busaka Ogwuma Rovega alias Joab Busaka, who died at Chambiti Sub-location, on 11th December, 1983. CAUSE NO. E150 OF 2021 By (1) Christopher Ocholi Obunga, (2) Doris Luyo Obunga and (3) Sellah Omuka Obunga, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josam Apamo Obunga, who died on 10th October, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
