TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2021 By Betty Mary Nabwoba Wepukhulu, of P.O. Box 1530, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliud Wepukhulu Waiswa, who died at St. Domiano Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 16th October, 2018. CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2021 By (1) Erastus Barasa Muresia and (2) Nixon Buchwa Nakhaima, c/o P.O. Box 136, Chwele in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gerita Nasambu Muresia, who died at Kibichori Village, on 31st March, 2016. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
