TAKE NOTICE that application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E312 OF 2021 By Florence Achieng Ogola, the deceased’s daugther-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Apollo Ondiek Ondiek, who died at Nyaguda, on 18th September, 2008. CAUSE NO. E313 OF 2021 By Christine Anina Nalori, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Joseph Onimbo Odhiambo alias Onimbo Odhiambo, who died at Usenge, on 19th February, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
