TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2020 By John Ochollah Okumu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aloice Akumu Tolo, who died at Wathorego Sub-location, on 23rd September, 1990. CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2021 By Ignatius Odhiambo Okore, of P.O. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benedict Ochieng Okori alias Benedict Okore Ochieng alias Benedict Ochieng Okore, who died on 25th November, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
