TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 36 OF 2020 By Cathirina Auma Omolo, of P.O. Box 159–40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elias Omolo, who died at Kong’udi Sub- location, on 18th June, 1981. CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2021 By Nancy Akoth Abayo, of P.O. Box 462–40405, Sare-Awendo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enos Abayo Owich, who died at M.C.R.H., on 5th February, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
