TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E200 OF 2021 By Mahmoud Abdulhamid Esmail, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdulhamid Esmail Khamisa, who died at Mombasa, on 13th April, 2017. CAUSE NO. E201 OF 2021 By Abdulsamad Suleiman Mussa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zubeida Esmail Khamisa, who died at Mombasa, on 13th January, 2006. CAUSE NO. E202 OF 2021 By Abdulmajid Hassan Musa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aisha Esmail Khamisa, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 16th March, 1998. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
