THE LAND CONTROL ACT

ESTABLISHMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 5 of the Land Control Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Lands and Physical Planning — (a) applies the Act to the Sub-County named in the first column of the Schedule; (b) establishes the Land Control Boards named in the second column of the Schedule; and (c) appoints the persons named in the third column of the Schedule to be members, of the respective Land Control Boards specified in the Second column, for a period of three (3).
