REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Landmerk International Properties Limited, of P.O. Box 34751-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 6.07 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. Kajiado/Kitengela/4303, and whereas sufficient evidence has been edduced to show that the land register issued thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
