WHEREAS Mwagambo Nyale Mrima, is the proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land situate in the district of registered under title No. Kilifi/Kapecha Schem/270, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card registered therefore is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
