NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 5th July, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 539, in Volume DI, Folio 186/1139, File No. MMXX, by our client, Hassan Mohamed Issak, of P.O. Box 18, Moyale in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Hassan Abdi Ali, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Hassan Abdi Ali, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Hassan Mohamed Issak, for all purposes and authorizes and requests-all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Hassan Mohamed Issak only.
